No proper promotion Less hike percentage Salary slab is not disclosing properly. Hiding many things. Management need more improvements. HR can modify their terms and agreement every year as their wish (suddenly they say 3 months notice period and inbetween they will change is as 1 month again they change it back to 3 months). Salary slab between your colleague will have a huge difference even though you guys are in a same designation. (NOT ONLY BCZ OF EXPERIENCE but also management needs). It should be noticeable. Cafeteria size should be increased. Transport cost should be reduced ( or can provide one way free)....Read More
