The culture in RNTBCI is very good. Manager treats the team members with respect and takes more care. Also manager takes more initiatives for learnings like LinkedIN training for sourcing, certification from naukri maestro recruiter etc., There are many opportunities for learnings, the recruitment team members have somany things for leanings which helps for their career growth

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
