Cons : 1. Gender biases 2. No career growth. 3. No technical knowledge. 4. Micro management. 5. Internal politics. 6. Cafeteria food 7. HR policies 8. Low compensation compare to other competitor. 9. No business ethics. 10. Favouritism 11. Appraisal hikes are done in influencing manner...etc There are lot of cons in RNTBCI. I don't have sufficient space to write all those. Final comment : If you are fresher recommend to work here to learn about the automotive industry. If you are an experienced candidate please do ignore to join here and don't waste your career.
