1) For Employee's pay scale, they comparing with Erode companies not for the Tamil Nadu or Indian Market. 2) They will give multiple responsibility to a Manager/Leader but they don't allow them to perform independently. Safety regulations and rules are not followed. Very worst facility and accommodation for staffs. Only their relatives and known person can work there . No proper increment. Very less salary
