This company is the worst among the companies which I have ever worked, 90% people don't even have a medical device background. Owner of this organization is a highly educated fellow who works till 12Am at office and want all others to follow his style of work. The fundamental issue with this company is non existence of systems and process and some egoistic leadership fellows who doesn't have any idea about a medical device. These people thinks in such a way that selling a medical device is just like canvassing some doctors to sell some tablets and syrups (90 % of sales guys are medical representatives by experience). Strategy of the owner is utilize employees till the increment time comes and terminate before first month of financial year so that salary increment need not give. This guy talks like my company, My brand, My customers can't hear a word like we or our company poor culture birthdays celebration will be for leaders only and if it is your birthday along with some one in leadership team your name will ne be there in wishes. Owner treats you like some one coming to clean his house or as a security the way he talks to the customers and his own employees can't imagine a classical shoe licker of doctors. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

Supportive teammates, frequent training are provided in specific to job role(both internal and external), you don't have to worry about the Job security if you are meeting the min expectations and I dint any difficulty in that, never herd or seen of a company which gives better appraisals than this, Many learning opportunities, supportive management and colleagues.
