For the promotion we have to attend 3 exams like 1st exam for test and 2nd exam for current role and last 3rd exam for future role and exam has cleared but as per the company policy promotion will give as per biasness requirement it's not good

Company is real good but management is real worst... As company policies are good but new people coming into management coming with new ideas and making company into loss and later front end staff will loose job
