Always we are getting a short video with questions pepar for any particular work like if we want to know the billing process we should watch the video and we know the process

For the promotion we have to attend 3 exams like 1st exam for test and 2nd exam for current role and last 3rd exam for future role and exam has cleared but as per the company policy promotion will give as per biasness requirement it's not good

Most of the store managers are illiterate even they have not cleared Graduation. Mostly odisha people join the company and doing politics all over the industry. So much whistle blowers in the company. Too much politics make ur life frustrated and stressed.
