There is no work and personal life balance

Personal life not balanced in this job, if we are trying 100% to increase sale and till we failed, rather than motivating employees management pressurise to increase revenue. And one more thing that I dislike while working in Reliance retail as Pharmacist that, Every company specially Pharma retail chain before came in market needto have proper marketing, Banner at localities, Add in news paper which create good image of company like Tata 1mg Doing, but in Reliance there is no special marketing team, pharmacist them self have to do marketing like leafleting, customer interaction in near by area, society visit, they also don't have delivery boys pharmacist doing delivery for each home delivery....Read More
