The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and had a global client base. The company also provides career growths in positions easily. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth in CTC is slow. The work pressure is also normal but sometimes, I had worked 14-15 Hours straight in a day as in store there will be some offers so at that time we have to open the store at 7 Am and close at 11 Pm.
