Not one or two there are many things I don't about Reliance. First of all their compensation and increment structure. They are using same pay scale for last 10 years it seems and adding fuel to fire newly recruited GETs will get paid more than experienced professionals like us. Their increment system is very poor and confusing. 50%of your increment will be added to 10% of your variable pay every year, which is totally unexplainable. Work life balance is nearly zero here, you have to worry about your job anytime and you have to be ready any time for emergencies....Read More
