I'm too much like reliance work culture and discipline can not say everything is good because I'm working here through contract party' that's why I'm suffering some other issues but really reliance work culture, discipline, this all is excellent.

I'm face some problem here like salary delay, , increment issue, should be proper any uniform, if we are faced any problem feel like hopeless.
