With a vast documentation upkeep you ll definitely learn a great deal especially if you are from chemical background. Its an ocean of knowledge no doubt in that. They use world class technology in every field. The safety culture is also commendable.

The dislike list is huge. Let me put it in points: 1. Work life balance is completely out of the track especially if you are working in shifts. Its a very good way to say goodbye to your personal life. 2. Office work culture is pathetic. You are forced to the JI SAHAB culture. If not then be prepared to face the consequences of going against the management. 3. The CTC offered makes you feel absolutely UNDERPAID. In RIL, there's nothing for FREE. Keep that in mind. They even go to the extent of extracting approx 8-9k when you resign on the miscellaneous items that you must have used during your tenure and that includes pages pens, diaries and other stationaries.😂😂🤣... 4. Increment is a joke in RIL if I am not wrong. With increment slots of 3.5%/4.5%/6% respectively. Your increment and your promotion solely depends upon how much calibre you have to literally wash your boss's a**. 4. The bonus which is provided is included in the CTC. CTC details is infact of the most shady type one will ever find. The deductions details are not even explanable by the HRBPs. HRBPs are as pathetic as the increment policy of the company. HR department is nothing more than a mere puppet in the hands of the apex members. 6. The township OHC is equally pathetic. I even doubt the competency of the doctors. Unfortunately I had several bad experiences. 7. Employee welfare and family welfare is on the least priority list of the policy of the company. 8. food is nothing more than a junk especially the evening meal. 9. The buses are not even AC inspite of the fact that jamnagar has a hot weather with summer temperatures looming at around 40+c 10. One thing which you will find in abundance here in RIL is the mountainous EGO of almost each and every individual you can find here.🤣🤣🤣 11.
