RIL is a company who is committed to innovation and its dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry, which has created exiting and dynamic work environment to learn and grow consistently. RIL gave me a platform to showcase my analytical skills and a learning curve in my career. Wherein I enjoy the collaborative culture and the sense of team work among colleagues.

Dislikes

I am already very grateful for the opportunity I’ve had with RIL, where I’ve acquired valuable skills. However, in my field, I aim to further develop my technical expertise, particularly in areas such as information security, cybersecurity, AI etc. I want to explore new, unchartered domains where can immense myself and gain a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of security.

Overall it's a good company only increment part is very poor. Rest policy, standards, facilities are of world class. But salary part is not good for those who stays there.
