Not one or two there are many things I don't about Reliance. First of all their compensation and increment structure. They are using same pay scale for last 10 years it seems and adding fuel to fire newly recruited GETs will get paid more than experienced professionals like us. Their increment system is very poor and confusing. 50% of your increment will be added to 10% of your variable pay every year, which is totally unexplainable. Work life balance is nearly zero here, you have to worry about your job anytime and you have to be ready any time for emergencies....Read More

I have resigned on my own will and they released me within 20 days despite of requesting not to release me, they dont care about me and released me in the middle of the lockdown with no salary and no shelter. HR Policies of RIL is very poor.

To much literature for getting knowledge is available.

Dislikes

To much unnecessary overtime. Uncountable shot down are given to particular engineer and during shutdown 12hr. Shift without taking any week off. No any extra pay for overtime. Overall Bad experience. Working culture is also not good.

No welfares, we have to pay ourself even from coffee to company uniforms. The won't cast for their stitch up too. The company contribution PF too, added in your CTC.
