Salary decrement i started working on Oct 2020 every December the decrease 400 rupees I am working since 2 years and they decrease my salary every December so I am getting salary less than 800 rupees when I joined and there is no salary increment you will getting salary decrement.

No manpower They hire few and give a work of three person to one person stating that it has to be done In short very cheap labor work are given . The most important thing here is eduction woh toh count he nhi hota… Again if you’re good in licking ,you will deserve good opportunities.

Toxic work culture in JWC . Wont advixe even my enemy to join. Management has zero skill in managing the team on a big event. They thing more the hand on the deck the better and for that they will make you work 12-14 hours a shift including nights for 2-3 months straight leading to the big event. Pathetic in case of Engineering team. The dictatorship of the HOD is horrendous. He will swear at you or may slap while team leads will merely glee at the view. He will at his whim take away the Entitled weekoffs or make things bad . He is not fit for such a position.
