Guidance needed

Currently im working in a company that offers not much growth in my career and working culture is not good. I have been with this company for past 6 months. I have received an offer from another reputed company with a slight increase in the package. Will it be good decision if i shift to the new company. I n Jio Everything is dependent on your manager....if he is happy even you are poor perfomer it's OK and get higher rating and doing his personal work .if you are performing then ok but you have do as per manager.only work is not ok for Manger...what you can do for your Manger rather then company...else forgot the appraisal and rating.
