Guidance needed

Currently im working in a company that offers not much growth in my career and working culture is not good. I have been with this company for past 6 months. For knowledge and skill development Reliance is the best in the world but for other things like basic facilities which is provided by other big company specially in career growth and culture wise too bad and management is running blindly not taking care of there main asset which is their employees.
