Financially sound company. Most respected company. System (SAP) based company. Trust worthy.

Dislikes

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.

It's a huge dictionary to learn about management. Company is good to learn about new technology specifically about refinery.

Work culture not so good specific JMD division. Partiality and favoritism play role there. Management not cooperative and supporting for lower level employees.
