Hardly anything to like about. Only thing is due to excessive workload one learns how to multi task.

There is nothing about the organisation is to like. Terrible organisation to work with. It was only because I was extremely needy in terms of finanaces I had to keep working with them. They never acknowledge good work. Good work is rewarded with more work. No appraisal. Zero motivation.

Work Details

Terrible. No leave is allowed. I took leave only on my father's death. I used reach office at 9:00 AM in the morning and stay back till 8:30 - 9:00 PM. Work tirelessly. Even on holidays I had to go to office to do backend work.
