Sallary system is very. At same level you collic can get double the sallary of yours. Same experience people from other companies are getting higher sallary than yours. No sallary revised from last 11 years. You can get max 3% increament per year.

Working in reliance is very good and you can explore a lot of new things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom.
