I started my career with Rangriti brand but sometime Rangriti brand has gone away from Reliance trend. Then our DM who was at that time Dinesh Dinh offered me copy of Reliance in payroll and I did not have any functions at that time. But I did not know the time while doing job and while working in fuller, I got promotions in 6 months and went to backend. In the backend, we had to keep track of the stock, along with doing inward and outward work, suddenly the pressure of work started increasing. Due to work pressure, I kept working. And that's why I thought of changing fast time job and went to give fast time shopper stop interview. But I didn't get selected but I didn't get motivated at that time. So I joined the brand Shoppers Stop in Nush which was a new brand which I left after 9 months of bad brand. But that day I got a chance to join the company in Shopper's Stop, then did not join at that time....Read More

By the way, there was no question of feeling bad if I told the truth, but due to the low salary, I could not survive for a long time. By the way, share the truth, a company like Reliance, where there is a lot to learn and you have to learn with the help of your work.The atmosphere seemed like a family, while working, you would not even know that you are doing a job, so it is good to work in Reliance. If there was no problem of salary, then probably I would have been the same....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
