There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst working experience. They don't know how to manage attendance which is basic thing. They forced us to do voice work on non voice process (customer care) without any training or additional payment. Only 1 week off and that too on any day which means sometimes we work for 7-8 days continuously so no work life balance.
