I worked as a bsm in kolkata branch under abhay kr ray(asm) he don't know anything, not support his team members. Even he don't know how to write a mail. There is RSM name Raghasree Tungar coming from R. Com telecom sector. He called he is a Gunda and soke proppritor of kolkata region. No one can speak front of him, even RCM ROM afraid with him. Company don't have fund to disburse his client loan amount. Interest rate is 12% onwards, HR is good for nothing. No job security, no job satisfaction, even they are not provided Travel Allowance. Within 3 month I have to force to put down my paper in system or else they can terminat me. You will not getting any support from any one. If you sourced one file it will take more then two days to login the file. They will promise to give you team but after joining u will a individual contributor. Note- i suggests never ever join this company. My biggest mistake to join this company....Read More

Work culture of reliance capital in kolkata location is very poor. Job security is not here. Office colleague and boss behaviour is not supporting. There is mental pressure. Even come to office on every Sunday and national holiday.
