It gives me an immense pleasure while solving the problems of farmers related to their crops. My teammates are good and prompt in their work. Company takes care to make payment accurately though delayed always.

Dislikes

The payment per call is comparatively less and always delayed which is only drawback.

It is a call basis job depending on the phone calls from farmers. I am happy to utilise my knowledge and experience while advising farmers on various issues.
