1. No job security at all. 2. Nobody works there only time pass. 3. No time estimation for given work. 4. Zero importance of your hard work. Only chamcha's can survive. 5. 10%variable of your CTC and you will receive 0% out of it. 6. If you want to retire in few years and do not want to work just like to enjoy your day please go ahed and join.
