Everything is good when I was in Guna But when I joined in Lucknow here I have faced castism and shouting on employees unsatisfied work culture . Upper management is terrible, work life balance is 0. No one is here to support, Work starts from 7 AM and end was not confirmed 8PM,9PM NOBODY knows when you have to go home. Upper management was using abusing language this is not acceptable from any one as a employee. Conference call no timing it starts from morning 7 AM and last call EOD 9 to 10 PM how can employee manage family time. No appreciation is here as a employee.
