This is a worst organization one could work with. HRs are not helpful, your reporting manager is not helpful, these guys think that the only life you have is Reliance Jio. One cannot find time for himself at all. Everyone here is to torture employee. Work environment is pathetic. One should never join this organization. Especially fresher who wants to join Jio as GET, "DON'T". They will fool you and distroy your career. Your reporting manager will force you to complete his tasks. Nothing to learn and no growth.
