Market standerd for Senior buisness analyst
I am working since last 12.6 yrs in India's top company in oil and gas.
I have been working with the same company but have changed dept with avg 4 yrs gap.
Currently my all inclusive CTC is 17.3 LPA.
Though, it is very less as compared to market standard, how much should I ask as I have started for appearing interviews?
How do I negotiate with them. I have various feathers in my cap as a inst engg, automation engineer and a business analyst.
Pls suggest market standard CTC. also let me know that what all fields I can try for my career growth?
