Advantage 1) Job security -Very high for many years if you are performing well 2)Mentorship -Interaction with Founder for same 3)Promotion -Very high and shorter duration if you are performing 4)Salary and incentive -Always on time 5)Exposure - Different department and learning is high

Disadvantage Communication gap in different department but this can be sorted out. Responsibilty is high

There is no hierarchy. Hr don't have any powers in his hands. Politics at its peak. They will hold the salary if they want to throw out someone from the organisation. They will not allow employee to serve notice period and force to give resignation. That's the reason all run after taking salaries. If anyone want to waste there 2-3month . You are welcome at regrob
