work pressure is high sometimes due to target oriented the programmed schedule, required to submit the required information for fixed period so it may required to make data entry in late night also.

working in those was a challenging as same pattern of schedule is set for project so lots of difference are there in financial norms means a gap of local practice in ground and manual set for the programmed. So in these area we faces lots of challenges.
