Salary comes on time. Rather than that there is nothing good about this company.

It's terrible. They will lure you by giving you good salary. No work life balance. 10 hours shift on weekdays and 11 hours shift on weekdays. You have to travel minimum 80 kms per day to find a lead in formals. You have to call 60 customers daily. They will listen to your call recording. You have to bring an extra phone. You can't cu t a call. If you cut a call they will take a strict action<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security</mark>. They can kick you any day, they just want sale. 15 days of training where you have to memorise a book of around 250 pages. Everyday they will take a test and after completing your test you have to go to Delhi head office. (there will be no buffer day between this last test. You have to attend office the next day of test. You can't take 2 days off. They will give you punishment. They will deduct your salary. Only 1 holiday allowed in 1 month. There will some holidays where you have to come to office.
