They do have hire and fire policies for certain divisions like the agency, revenue operations divisions. People don't want to understand your problems there.

Everything. I maybe speaking from personal experience but in the 5 years I was with them, it never felt like I could depend on anybody there. They are very comfortable with hiring in bulk and firing as and when they please. Every manager that has been hired after I joined, nobody liked them. They had some glaring red flags. Always made me wonder if the higher ups were hired to make middle management and floor employees life unbearable at work...Read More

Worst company ever specially the Google ads project, please guys don't get lured with the package they provide, they will throw you out in just 2 months stating that you underperformed, please don't join . Pleaseee even if you perform great it totally depends on the luck. Worst company ever.

It was great experience with with Regalix under the leadership of Director Ganesh,Ops manager Yasir, Asst.Manager Kareem and team leader Zohra. It gives you as much space as you need while working

Loads of partially and favouritism. Promotions are given to only those who are in good terms or FAVOURIT to the higher management. There is partially in R&R also. Very humiliating..
