Less Pressure, They don't care you're performing your tests or not. They just need the documents to be clear and everything pass .

Each and everything. There's no single QA personnel. No single HR personnel, No QC manager. They doesn't have enough employees in the Laboratory, Only 2. Lots of pending work. Lack of chemicals. No trained professionals in the production department. No work life balance. Doesn't provide any appointment letter or salary slips. Although they provide salary on time, which is good. Above all, they make narcotics drugs, but they doesn't provide enough safety equipments like proper mask, gloves and goggles to the workers, for which workers suffer from nervous system disorder....Read More
