Work life balance is not there. You have to sacrifice your personal time for work. Even work appreciation is also not there.

Work Details

I had join in lockdown so WFH was there. I used to work for 11 -12 hrs per day, Still never get appreciation for my work. Lots of work load was there. Sometimes i hardly get 15 min for my lunch. Expectation is too high from freshers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
