Job security & timely payment of salary.

Dislikes

No work process/ system is followed. Work life balance is zero. No proper work culture. There are no specific employee benefits mentioned ( other than salary/ PF/ ESI / Mediclaim) in the system. One has to beg to the management for any help required. The work atmosphere is like confinement within jail. Working hours is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM... Have to stay back for late hours.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I look after overall HR Operation , our work culture follow the old rules not very much tested by new culture like work from home , v.call or online meeting and no as such any Hr induction for new joinee.

Non- cooperative,No action being taken while bringing to MD notice. No appreciation,despite working late hours and intiating to rope in overseas buyers on my own. most staff are of relatives. Basically non-professional organisation, no employee growth. One man show.
