1) No job security at all. 2) No value for knowledge. 3) Management just do politics and find ways to cut down salaries of employees. 4) Salary timing is very late. 5)They just don't want to spend money on any activity. 6)No skill development at all in any domain even in sales. 7)Most of the employees are less educated,the company itself don't value educated people. Not Even a single thing. First, they will desperately hire you, make you work endlessley and won't ever recognize your work. This company will suck the life out of you, no appraisal, no promotion. They will hold your salary month after month and make you cry for every single penny. This company is literal hell, if you want peace of mind never join this company.
