The company is extremely mission and goal oriented. I like their vision of being able to change the world. The have been leaders in a now crowded space.

Dislikes

There is little time for work life balance but I understand working in a startup comes with its own set of challenges and rewards.

Nothing apart from the problem statement. Nothing innovative happening though. Importing Chinese drones and reverse engineering them.

Dislikes

Overworked, timings are 9am-7pm. Beyond which you'll be demanded to stayback, not requested. Holidays are a joke, बस 14 holidays annually... Liked it better a year ago, when it was a startup, now it's soulless copycat.. The upper management is run by man children... इससे बत्तर work culture नही देखा मैने। Thinking of switching...

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
