You could be a star performer one day and the next day you can get a goodbye letter. Parts of the JD they never talk about- stress, anxiety, burnout, office politics, micromanagement on an hourly basis and fragile ego of so-called leaders, mentors whatever crap....... best people to make you feel under confident, have a self-doubt, demotivated and feel anxious about yourself whether you are worth it or not. spoiled my career here for all the bad reasons. Emergency services is essential and live saving. It makes me feel that I am contributing to the society in a way. Salary is needed as well.

It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition.
