Nothing is there to like. They just recruit very fast without any guarantee or respect for the employees.

They have no staff but they lie in the interview that their staff is working from home and they will be joining soon and then calls the new employee to office unnecessarily which is not even a proper office, it is a co working space where you don't even get a proper cabin to take meetings. No other benefits like food or beverages. No punctuality in the senior manager who is by the way the only person working in the company. She reaches the co working space at 1-2pm and expects the new employee to reach by 10 am and sit there unnecessarily without any work. If the employee gets late by 15 minutes, they deduct half day of the salary. No empathy or sympathy is shown towards any medical condition. No professionalism. They charge blindly to the clients. No fixed quotation for any project. They ask you to bring any amount from the client that is possible. When you put your points, they immediately fire you without any proper documentation and do not compensate for the time you have invested even when you got them the clients as well.
