The worst company i have ever worked for. The owner Suneet Goenka, is completely biased towards the employees who share a good personal rapport with him. Have not paid us salary of the last month before Covid started. We were asked to leave as and when the operations stopped.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
