I feel lucky to work here. It's not just about my professional growth, but I also notice positive changes in my personal character. I now communicate with people better and have gained confidence in everything I do. My social skills have improved significantly, which was not the case before. When I first joined this place, I had no idea of how the actual work happens. But, thanks to my superiors who offered their valued guidance and training me well on knowing things. It was challenging at first, and yes, I made a few mistakes in the beginning, but that's how everyone learns. I feel lucky that I got such supportive superiors under whom I got to learn and know how to work effectively.
