I didn't like the management... The work in this company is sourcing the candidates and they will tell that if we are not having a submission in one day ...they will deduct the salary for one day ..it's very funny ..I didn't see this in any other company before... And their monster cred entials also doesn't work properly while using it .....it will always log out ..they won't set that but still they expect submissions which is very rude ..I don't suggest this company...Read More

I didn't understand one thing ...if they are not having enough money to maintain the office and paying the employees then why did they start this company???? The dislike is ..when it comes to the payment process The head of the companies behaviour is not good ....he will speak like anything.. don't have manners at all...
