Work culture and learning new things. The colleague are really helpful and you will learn alot. You will be having good international exposure.

One of the TL is brother of owner and he is too lethargic. He is too rude like his owner brother. He shout alot. This TL is less concern about his team issues and I was not able to learn compare to others.
