What I like about this organization is Being small size organization you will get good growth opportunity. Very easy to get highlighted. Unlike other organization you don't have to complete 18 months to apply an IJP you become eligible once you complete 6 months. Nothing much that i can think off.

Dislikes

Rebel Foods is Horrible place to work. Management is quite young with mostly theoretical knowledge and lack of experience to execute it. Cons: 1. No work life balance 2. Immature, uncultured & most importantly "Very Unprofessional" management 3. Worst Work culture to be in. 4. No one to mentor or show you growth pathway despite Rebel Foods rolling various opportunities. 5. Very High attrition month on month.(25-30%). 6. Lack of budget for basic infrastructure to execute day to day activities. 7. They cheat employees by giving their own CTC as incentives. ( Incentives is basically to appreciate an employees performance if a person is over achieving his/her targets which is not suppose to be part of their own CTC). 8. Not enough manpower to manage day to day task. They hire rigorously because people leave in very short time of joining including managers, team leader, associates taking month on month attrition to 25-30%....Read More

Work Details

My work life balance has gone for a toss. Which has taken a toll on my health too. Every day is firefighting situation I feel they are over consuming their people.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
