Salary paid every month's last Friday. Good Increment and even received Excellent Product Bonus, Leave encashment on Gross salary is an additional Plus Leave Policy is good. Working on Telecom 5G technologies Good projects on OTT domain too Senior Colleagues are talented & very helpful. Work culture is good Overall its was a good experience.

Dislikes

Yes. There are few cons like all other companies, I would like to avoid negative comments here as my issues were heard & addressed on time by the management.

Likes

Work content - Working on Niche Technologies, especially on 5G & OTT. Helping senior & highly knowledgeable colleagues Liked the Work culture Leaves, Leave encashment, Increments are good Overall it was a nice experience to work

Dislikes

Not much but whenever there were any issues, management always tried to sort it out.

Ideal Profile: • Full time Master’s Degree (Preferably PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics. • Minimum relevant industry experience of 4 years (For Master Degree) and 1-2 years (for PhD) Skills: • Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms • Great programming skills in Python (Mandatory) • Working knowledge C++ (Not Mandatory but nice to have) • Experience in AI/ML, Data Science, CNN, RNN, LLM Classification, Clustering. Job Responsibilities: • Designing and developing AI/ML algorithms to solve different technical problems in the domain of 3GPP. • Explaining the designed data science algorithms clearly in document and presenting the same to support the innovation. • Working in a team and share the responsibilities of integration, productisation and deployment.
