It's a real-estate consultancy company which have no corporate culture, It's only worked for her on benefits he will trap thoes guys who just pass out from college and pull them to do BTL activity and all, their manager team have no manner to how to treat with a Professional employee, here all seniors position manager even TL have an attitude but he have no knowledge about any kind of management he just doing her job like (Dalal) spoke like (Dalal) behave like (Dalal). As per my experience thane and navi mumbai branch work culture is too toxic and unprofessional. First of all they don't do background check because of that they end up hiring creepy managers or anyone who's not deserving. For instance, manager who's handling a team doesn't know how to talk or how to behave with female employees Very abusive languages he uses ,his name is nadeem . And company provides first day of periods as WFH but TL Nadeem ask their female employee to give proof of periods so you guys can assume how cheap he is. Working with Realty Assistant is all about DISLIKES. Why am I saying this I will explain > I was appointed there as an Assistant Manager in Sales. My work is to build and maintain clients and Commercial Dealing. Drawbacks > 1) There is no work culture 2) There are no shift timings you have to come on 9:30am but no leaving time. 3) HOD and Staff members doesn't have manners how to talk with new joinees. 4) They want you to provide your own car or bike but they will not provide any parking. You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ?
