There is no work life balance, they will ask you to work even on festivals with no leave for a month. Too much of office politics as it's a "LALA COMPANY". There are two people Ankit Pradhan And Mohit Mittal who are doing what so ever they feel like. There are no regards for the hardship you go through for this company. It’s the end of March, and we still haven’t received our February salaries. Employees have families to feed, rent to pay, children’s school fees piling up, and parents who need medical care. Every little thing. The will celebrate women's day but don't know how to respect women. Even women in management do not respect fellow women. Once you have made good incentive they terminate you. Do not pay for the notice period you serve. Keeps hiring new people and terminate them within 2 weeks in name of performance issue. Salary is never on time. Shubham Tripathi will not answer calls to give your FnF. Sancita singh has so much temperament as HR senior. They both get under the table cash to keep mouth shut. And if some employee ask about salary they say humari bhi nahi aayi h abhi and will not give any timeline. People are suffering and ambition box keeps deleting negative reviews. Will set unrealistic goals & pressurise to work but do not give salary. They doing 5 event every week, do unnecessary parties but will not give salaries. As per my experience thane and navi mumbai branch work culture is too toxic and unprofessional. First of all they don't do background check because of that they end up hiring creepy managers or anyone who's not deserving. For instance, manager who's handling a team doesn't know how to talk or how to behave with female employees Very abusive languages he uses ,his name is nadeem . And company provides first day of periods as WFH but TL Nadeem ask their female employee to give proof of periods so you guys can assume how cheap he is.
