I was privileged to work at Read-Ink for 5 years. Ma'am and professor were very helpful and caring and the work was exciting. If you are really into algorithm design then you should consider joining because I don't find any other company doing this in India(except the top 5, maybe). Your thinking perspective will completely change(as this happened to me as well) and everything you read will start making sense. work culture: 9to 6pm , mon to sat. cant accept phone calls cant talk with colleagues cant open any personal website all through cctv camera, always monitoring if any violation . they will come and warn. cant go outside of the small office. if you go punch out and those a few minutes will be deducted from salary. 10days holiday a year. No medical leave. 11hours each month you are allowed. salary is counted on number of hours. not in days. if your salary is 30000, per day will be 30000/26. No team lead. working on a 1960s dataset using 90's technology. only plus you have time to learn on your own. the place is outside of proper BLR. u need your own car bike for transport....Read More
