There was nothing to like at REMAX India. It is a one man show company who wants numbers without discussing strategy. Ground realities are ignored and unrealistic goals are set followed by immense pressure to achieve them. Behaviour is extremely rude and rough and you have basically 3 months and if the results are not satisfactory, they will kick you out without a single day notice. Everything....in one word. They are still in business as because they operate in India. REMAX, as a multinational brand is pretty good in other countries, but their Indian master franchise 'BusinessEx Cybiz Realty Pvt Ltd' who actually recruits and runs the show is just pathetic. If someone has a death wish for their career, they can go right ahead. Rest should go through Glassdoor and get reviews pertaining to REMAX India and Franchise India and then take a decision. They have a habit of kicking people out just one day prior to payday and hold up your F&F till a legal notice is served....Read More

Work Details

Meaningless pursuit of illogical targets. They require numbers without working on the bases. Idea is to extract money by giving franchise of a brand which has absolutely no presence in the Indian market, ie; without creating the value.
