The company is pathetic, all false promises.

Wish there should be zero rating not recommended to worst enemy or anyone. Not worth of spending time for interviews as well. Such a waste of time, everything they say are false promises. May be earlier it was good but not in the current scenario. These days I believe its a sinking ship which doesn't have salaries to be paid insteadthey bring lame rules. If they don't have money stop recruiting people for short term goals or needs. They will write some irrelevant terms and conditions in the offer letter like if the employee goes bankrupt they will terminate you. If you resign or company terminates you before 18 months irrespective of your performance which is good or bad they will terminate you, in that case you need to reimburse all the expenses that is paid to you by then company which smells like you need to work for free. When I asked about this they will not give proper response. They will say verbally that you need to pay only bonus amount but not the remaining expenses. But when I asked them to write it on Offer letter whatever they spoke they are very reluctant. Which seems my suspicion is true about the reimbursement that you need to pay. Come on guys wake up. If you don't have funds to run a company close the shop and go home rather than asking people to work for free. Very pathetic rules never seen like this in my entire career....Read More
